Welcome to Outdoor Bootcamp

We are taking you back to the basics with this all levels outdoor bootcamp fitness class. You don't need equipment, but if you have dumbbells or tubing that's great!

Just bring a towel or mat! We will be meeting at various locations in the OC and take you through a fun workout!




This class consists of 45 minutes of sweaty socially distanced fun that will get you in shape while enjoying some fresh air and company!
